A Few Comments
In many ways, this is the primary index for the OSN network.
We are compiling a list of institutions for which we have some evidence of ethnobiology instructional activities. Faculty members are then being contacted and asked if they would like to contribute links to their materials for this website.
When we receive permission to post links, we will add these links to the institution page and to other index collections.
Additions to this set of institutions -- and to the collections of links -- are most welcome!
Please note that at this time, our primary focus is on institutions in the USA and Canada.
The links on the right generally contain the following information:- General information about the institution
- A list of the ethnobiology courses, each with a short description (usually the catalog entry).
- Links to course information, such as a syllabus or lab manual.
- Names and email addresses of faculty members who are involved in these courses.
Our highest priority activity is obtaining as complete a set of institutional data as possible. If you see any omission or error, please contact OSN (here is how).
